HOW TO ORDER HATS ONLINE:

Select the style you want in either 2 or 3 line pricing

Select your hat color

Enter a description of what you would like on your hat in the text field.

WARNING: The text box only has 1 line and if you hit enter the item will be added to your cart with incomplete information. If this happens, delete the item from your cart then back up to the ordering page and try again.

Description should include:

Thread and Design Color

Design Item Number (ex. AR1 is our basic army pilot wing)

Any additional information can be entered in the Special Instructions area located at the bottom of the checkout form. Or you can email us after placing the order to clearify.

Select one of the basic layout styles or select OTHER if descibing some other setup

After you add the item to you cart you can increase the quantity.

Any discounts will be calculated later. (Discounts start at 4 or more identical hats.)

There are 2 basic styles, constructed and uncontsructed.

The constructed hats have a stiff reinforced front which stands up and holds its shape. These hats are generally worn by organizations such as law enforcement agencies because of the clean professional appearance they give. The higher quality wool hats are available only as constructed.

The unconstructed hats are the soft top casual style hats. They are generally more comfortable and are popular as gifts because more people like to wear them. These hats are generally cotten.

Hats are priced as 2 or 3 lines. A line can either be a line of lettering or a design such as a wing or airplane silhouette. Lettering can be arched or straight. Standard layout style examples are shown within the product detail image.

Wash your hat at your own risk. If necessary, hats should only be handwashed in mild detergent and cold water. Do not use bleach. Some discoloration may occur after washing due to perspiration or sun exposure. Do not put the hat in a dryer as it may be damaged. Even mild detergent may fade or change the color in some rayon embroidery threads. We do not make any guarantees or warranties on hats. Wool hats tend to last longer than cotton. Polyester hats tend to hold their color better.

If you want your hat to last a longtime, don't wear it and keep it stored away in a cool dry place. If you want to ENJOY your custom hat, wear it proudly and get another one when that one wears out!
