  • type the word paypal where the credit card number goes. We'll send a paypal bill/money request to you.

• GENERAL INFORMATION
  • Orders begin processing each morning. Orders placed after 8:00 AM Eastern time will be processed the next business day. Our hours of operation are 9am to 5pm Mon-Fri.
  • If you do not receive an automatic confirmation e-mail then your order may not have gone through.
  • Average turn-around is 5-9 business days plus transit time. We unfortunatly get backed up at times and orders may take up to 3 weeks.
  • If you need your items by a certain date we strongly urge you to contact us directly at 1-800-695-1227 and AGAIN a day or two BEFORE your 'need by' date to verify it has shipped.
• SHIPPING
  • Nametag orders are shipped via First Class U.S. Mail with Delivery Confirmation
  • -- Please note, even orders that are for a single piece of 2x4 velcro at just 50 pennies, the full shipping price is applied. Obvisouly this may seem ridculous, however the price of shipping considers time involved with manually processing the order in a manner that works with our current system which is primarily based on producing made-to-order products. It is best to order as much as you can of the lower priced items becasue we'll try and ship as much as possible for that one price.
  • -- please kindly understand that we are unfortunatly not able to just place a small item in an envelope and put a stamp on it. We have tried that in the past and it ends up making more throuble than it is worth for us.
  • Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
  • Charges may differ slightly from online total:
    • Shipping starts at $5.25 and subject to change. We will try to contact you if there is any different in the price listed on your order confirmationand what the package might cost due to fuel prices, post off increases,or over weight orders.
    • Orders delivered in Florida are subject to 7% sales tax
    • International shipments are available by USPS Global Priority Airmail currently starting at $13.45
    • New USPS rate changes no longer offer a 4 pound priority international flat rate box.
    • Buyer is responsible for all taxes and duties associated with international shipments. These costs cannot be predetermined by us. Some shipping methods bill us after the package has been delivered which in turn we will add this cost to the buyers bill and charge either to their account or other payment method.

• CUSTOM DESIGNS
  • Minimum 2 weeks on new custom designs paid for and with usable artwork provided by customer.
  • Times on adding new wings to database vary but there is generally no setup charge.
  • We are fully equipped to handle all of your embroidery needs.
• VOLUME DISCOUNTS
  • Please contact us directly for more information regarding large orders.
• Wings Not Shown
  • We add new wings all the time. Requests are welcome. Setup fee might apply.
