Embroidered Cloth Nametags DO come with velcro hook backing unless requested with no velcro.

Full Embroidered backgrounds add $4

Diagonal Fills add $2.50

These backgrounds are half embroidered and show half of the background material.

Stripes and extras add $0.75

Size is 2x4 inches

Velcro 'hook' is secured to material with adhesive and sewn border.

2"x4" Velcro 'loop' available for nametags at 50 cents each.

Many Colors match your garment.

Tags are available without velcro upon request.

Leather Tags DO come with velcro hook backing unless requested with no velcro.

PRICE: $12 for first tag, $7 per identical additional tag.

Available on BLACK, BROWN, BLUE or RED leather with velcro backing.

Size is 2x4 inches
Leather is actual smooth cowhide
Thickness of leather varies but is appx. 1/8th inch.
Velco is both glued and sewn to leather
Tag is NOT LAMINATED with plastic or any other material.
Tags are available without velcro upon request.

Stamped in either metallic GOLD or SILVER, or BLACK
1 or 2 lines of lettering
Approximatly 16 letter maximum per line for standard size letters
Small and narrow lettering is available if needed

Double Leather for Nametags can be requested in the special instructions area of the orderform when checking out. An additional $1.50 will be added by us later.
This charge doesn't appear on your online order total but will be charged.

PayPal
- We can accept PayPal however it is not yet integrated into our shopping cart system.
- Besure to give us the email address you use for your paypal accound and just
- type the word paypal where the dredit card number goes. Well send a paypal bill.
- It is not automated so it won't be until we review the orders the next business day.
GENERAL INFORMATION
- Orders begin processing each morning. Orders placed after 8:00 AM Eastern time will be processed the next business day. Our hours of operation are 9am to 5pm Mon-Fri.
- If you do not receive an automatic confirmation e-mail then your order may not have gone through.
- Average turn-around is 5-9 business days plus transit time. We unfortunatly get backed up at times and orders may take up to 3 weeks.
- If you need your items by a certain date we strongly urge you to contact us directly at 1-800-695-1227 and AGAIN a day or two BEFORE your 'need by' date to verify it has shipped.
SHIPPING
- Nametag orders are shipped via First Class U.S. Mail with Delivery Confirmation
- Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
- Charges may differ slightly from online total:
  - Shipping starts at $5.25 but may go up without notice due to rising gas prices.
  - Orders delivered in Florida are subject to 7% sales tax
  - International shipments are available by USPS Global Prioirty Mail
  - Buyer is responsible for all taxes and duties associated with international shipments. These costs cannot be predetermined by us. Some shipping methods bill us after the package has been delivered which in turn we will add this cost to the buyers bill and charge either to their account or other payment method.
  - EXPEDITED SHIPPING is available, please contact us for pricing.
CUSTOM DESIGNS
- Minimum 2 weeks on new custom designs paid for and with usable artwork provided by customer.
- Times on adding new wings to database vary but there is generally no setup charge.
- We are fully equipped to handle all of your embroidery needs.
VOLUME DISCOUNTS
- Please contact us directly for more information regarding large orders.
Wings Not Shown
- We add new wings all the time. Requests are welcome. Setup fee might apply.
